In this brief we were tasked with creating a dashboard and delivering an experience in it.
Pursers lack a single digital platform to centralize operations, manage cabins, and enable fast, direct communication with ground staff.
Competitors are split into two:
Crew Management Systems - handle the high-level logistics like scheduling and compliance.
Cabin & Service Systems - focus on controlling the aircraft environment and managing passengers.
CabinOS™ redefines crew management by providing a centralized, intuitive system made specifically for pursers.
We conducted interviews with active flight attendants, pursers, from El Al and American Airlines.
This research focused on mapping out operational workflows, understanding departmental roles, documenting the purser's full range of responsibilities from pre-boarding to landing.
