Description

This project is a redesign of the TEREM appointment waiting screen. The update introduces a modern UI for real-time patient tracking and incorporates a media loop featuring animated brand explainer and promotional advertisements, to engage visitors while they wait.

THE CHALLENGE

Terem operates under two distinct visual languages.

A soft, rounded "digital" identity for its web presence.

A bold, clinical "physical" identity for its E.R branches.

My goal was to synthesize the two worlds into a single, cohesive waiting room experience both for the waiting screen, and the media animation loop videos.

THE SOLUTION

I suggested a mix of both languages, fairing more towards the identity of the physical branches as that's where it will be displayed and played. The UI screen and the videos bring the soft approach into the bold and clinical look of the branches.
