In this brief assignment I was tasked with creating a series of posters for an event taking place at a chosen location, using it's unique environment, graphic and visual elements.

I decided to choose a roundabout in my hometown that has been dedicated as a memorial to fallen soldiers from the city. I started going through the important elements present at the location, The old Canon, The textured Tiles on the ground, the Chainlink fence to name a few. The idea for a lego event came from the idea of making it a happier place and not stick to the original sad context involving war. combining the lego art style with a playful font and vibrant colors I created a combination of playful legos and realism with the blue sky.

Branding also includes a postcard for the event, containing date, hour and rundown of the itinerary and activities.
Also included, a giveaway of lego pieces for children to play with.
